We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Montchâlons.
It has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to nine guests.
It comprises a lovely living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden for you to enjoy.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen included, towels available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Montchâlons, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… a 15-minute drive away in the town of Laon. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (first fire included, additional wood at extra cost), a dining area and a pool table. - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine… - A landing: on the first floor with a TV. - Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 2: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 3: on the second floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot. - Bedroom 4: on the second floor with three single beds. - Bathroom: on the first floor with a bath. - Shower room: on the second floor with a shower and toilet. - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. By booking this house, you’ll be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay: - a 120 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days. - a public outdoor car park with two spaces, opposite the house. Nearby: - 4 ponds in a woodland 500 metres away - Laon, 15.6 km away (20 minutes’ drive). - The 18-hole Ailette Golf Course, 10.1 km away (12 minutes’ drive). - Reims, 52 km away (42 minutes’ drive). - Thiérache, 85 km away (1 hour 28 minutes’ drive). Activities: History buffs will be in their element, with the medieval town of Laon and its museum and underground passages, the Chemin des Dames, the fortified churches of Thiérache, the Museum of the Barbarian Era in Marle… and Reims and its Champagne vineyards, 60 km away. Nature lovers can explore the forests of Samoussy and Vauclair or the Liesse marshes. In Laon: a swimming pool and ice rink with a lovely wellness area featuring a sauna and salt cave.
Bowling and laser tag. Water sports and a beach are available at AxoPlage Lake. Center Parcs is a 20-minute drive away. Laon Classical Music Festival in autumn and the Jazz’titud festival throughout the year. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park opposite the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Laon station, 17.9 km away (20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Reims-Prunay Airport, 63 km away (48 minutes by car) - Car hire: cars can be hired in Laon or at the airport. Other notes: - Bed linen is provided. - Towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Large and small towels are available as an option at €5 per person per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

La Pierre Blanche "Quelques travaux à prévoir concernant une ou 2 marches en haut de l'escalier qui sont fendues.
La maison présente un beau potentiel et un bel espace de vie.
la chaudière est un peu juste pour chauffer la maison, et la présence d'une cheminée est donc la bienvenue!

🙁 Er staat een biljart in de woning , maar er was geen degelijke keu aanwezig.

recu une demande de dédommagement sans avoir recu de message ou d'appel avant. je ne pense revenir ici si l'agence fait encore l'intermédiaire malheureusement"
