This charming 74 m² flat in Dunkerque, less than a kilometre from the beach, can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.
With fibre-optic Wifi, bed linen and towels included (hotel quality), we're waiting for you! The flat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The flat is ideally located in Dunkerque, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The flat comprises - A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), garden view. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), garden view. - Shower room. - WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
By booking this flat, you will benefit from the following facilities during your stay: - A north-west-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
Neighbourhood: Just a stone's throw from the sea in Dunkerque - Malo, you'll find yourself in a lively neighbourhood with plenty to do all year round, just a stone's throw from numerous local shops: greengrocer, baker, chemist, restaurants, etc.
Activities : - Tourist sites: Fort Louis Park, Téteghem urban nature park, etc.

Appartement confortable, très propre.
Le quartier est calme, il y a un arrêt de bus devant le logement.
L'emplacement est idéal, la plage de Malo les bains est à 5 minutes à pieds.
Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables et apprécié la ville de Dunkerque.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Betten sind gut und die große Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Küche war super, die Spühlmaschine sehr hilfreich.
Der Nachbar im Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und das Treppenhaus schmutzig. Das Bad haben wir selbst nochmal putzen müssen um uns wohl zu fühlen. Die Möbel sind schon etwas wackelig, funktionieren aber noch.
