Situated in the heart of the historical market town of Conwy rests this delightful, white-washed holiday home, Y Bwthyn.

Set across two levels, hosting one parking space and comfortably sleeping up to three guests, Y Bwthyn offers an idyllic base for a small family or a couple looking to explore the delights of both the coast and county of North Wales.

Marvel at the quaint black and white exterior of this lovely dwelling upon arrival before dusting off your sandy toes and making your way over the threshold and into the well-presented open-plan living space.

Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen tucked away at the rear of the sociable space and gather together with your loved ones to indulge in your culinary delights at the dining table; a lovely spot to enjoy your favourite tipple over a game of cards of an evening.

Settle down in front of the television with a sumptuous spot on the sofa to enjoy a movie marathon, warming your toes with the glow of the rustic log burning stove in the cooler months.

If you're lucky enough to experience the warmer weather, step outside and enjoy a leisurely seat in the peaceful setting of the rear south facing courtyard, toasting a glass of fizz under the watchful eye of the striking Conwy Castle.

When sleep calls, climb the stairs to the first floor and prepare for bed with a rinse in the contemporary family shower room, stylishly tiled throughout, before retiring to either of the two well-presented bedrooms to rest your head; snuggle up under the covers in the double room or enjoy an intimate escape in the single room, framing views of the historic castle walls in the near distance.

A short walk from your doorstep will bring you to the imposing medieval fortress of Conwy Castle, where you can marvel at the remarkable 13th-century architecture before climbing the restored spiral staircases in its impressive towers, offering views across the rooftops towards the peaks of Eryri (Snowdonia). Be sure to stop at the iconic landmark of The Smallest House In Great Britain for an obligatory photo before heading to indulge in a spot of pub grub with a breath-taking view across the marina at the popular harbourside eatery, Mulberry.

Those avid golfers can tee off at the local courses, including Maesdu golf course, North Wales golf course and Conwy golf course, each providing a wonderful backdrop for a round.

Pack up your beach-going essentials and head to the nearby Conwy Morfa beach, a large sandy beach, running alongside the Conwy Golf Club, which at low tide forms part of the sandy beaches and mussel banks of Conwy Bay, it’s a lovely spot for a coastal stroll, even with your four-legged friend! Venture further afield and embark on an adventure within Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, home to a plethora of walking, cycling and hiking routes to suit a range of abilities; lace up your walking boots and hike to the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the tallest mountain in Wales, or follow the routes of cycling legend, Sir David Brailsford via the Ffordd Brailsford Way. Make memories that will last a lifetime with a stay at Y Bwthyn.

Just come home after my third visit. Lovely old cottage in a great location with very cosy accommodation. Must be nice in the Summer when the back garden can be used (I have only visited only in winter and early Spring!). I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Lovely little cottage, bed super comfy and everything you needed for a break in this lovely town. Location was ideal for just popping into conwy and the parking a real bonus too. The Garden was a sun trap too(we did have the weather though). Thank's for letting us stay.

Perfect location in Conwy, quiet, parking space with enclosed garden yet minutes from the action. Lovely clean and cosy house with all the amenities you need, particularly the wood burner for colder nights.
