Low Orchard House is an inviting retreat, perfect for families looking to escape from their busy lives and enjoy a refreshing break in the Lancashire province.
With underfloor heating and a glowing woodburning stove, this property will make you feel right at home from the second you turn the key. Step into an entrance hallway where you can leave your walking gear before finding the open-plan living space, the heart and social hub of the home.
Get the woodburning stove roaring before you sink into the sofa and catch up with your favourite shows on the Smart TV, while the designated chef of the group can get to work in the kitchen whipping up some delightful meals for you all to enjoy.
When the sun is shining, open the patio doors to bring the outside in, accessing the garden where you can enjoy your meals alfresco-style, or simply kick back with your favourite beverage and admire nature.
Once the sun sets on your day, there are three bedrooms to pick from; the ground-floor master with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower, whilst upstairs provides two king-size rooms, each with built-in wardrobes and matching units.
Step under the rainfall shower for a steamy soak or run yourself a warm bath following a day of excursions – whatever aids your relaxation the most.
The historic village of Chipping lies in the Ribble Valley, here you can find plenty of picturesque trails and footpaths as well as local pubs to stop in at for some lovely pub grub.
Venture into the town of Clitheroe, where you can enjoy attractions such as the Grade I listed castle, one of the smallest Norman castles in England, comprising of a maze, sixteen acres of landscaped gardens and a museum, sure to offer plenty of entertainment for all ages.
Browse the town’s market and immersive yourself in the culture by picking up some local produce for a picnic, or indulge in a hearty breakfast at a café before strolling around the shops one afternoon.
Take yourself further afield to the town of Skipton, considered the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, where sporty guests can enjoy a round at Skipton Golf Club which also provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside greenery.
Enjoy the impressive Craven Museum & Gallery which gives visitors a glimpse into the past of Skipton through interactive exhibits.
Keen walkers will be drawn to the Forest of Bowland where plenty of footpaths can be explored, as well as activities including gliding, paragliding and fishing.
Low Orchard House is an exceptional choice for any friends and families seeking a memorable escape.

We had a fantastic stay at Low Orchard House. The property was exactly as described, was spacious and immaculately presented. The house has a quiet, calming atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for a superb stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a small, rural village with character. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful house. Very large bedrooms with very comfy beds. All spotlessly clean throughout. A good size kitchen, dining area and lounge with plenty of seating for us all. Set in a very pretty village with several pubs and small shops/cafes. Perfect f...
