The identical twin of its sister cottage Pond Meadow, Litlle Leighs is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday in this popular part of Cornwall.
This pretty converted barn offers so much to see and do, both onsite and nearby.
The cosy living area is open plan and features handsome exposed beams and a wood burning stove where you can relax on the sofa and watch a film at the end of your busy day. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a lovely dining space for enjoying meals with your group.
There are three good sized bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms, one of which is on the ground floor meaning that this cottage may be suitable for those who are less mobile.
Outside is an enclosed suntrap seating area - perfect for dining al fresco, a hand of cards or a glass of wine in the evening.
You are of course welcome to use and explore all of the wonderful facilities that Trenannick has to offer.
Quiet yet close to beaches, Little Leighs is an ideal spot for a memorable holiday.

Little Leighs is a pretty barn conversion in Warbstow, close to the North Cornwall coast. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, and two twin rooms, this property can sleep up to six people. Ground floor bathroom. Inside you will find a neat living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Cot and High Chair available. Outside you are welcome to explore the farm and can meet the animals, and friendly Alpacas. Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy driving distance of both the coast and the moors, Little Leighs is an excellent retreat in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Note: Three well-behaved dogs welcome £20 supplement applies per pet with fenced garden. Sorry, no puppies or cats allowed at the property. Note: On-site parking for 2 cars with EV charger on site. Additional public parking available nearby.
