Swallow Cottage is a traditional brick cottage with a renovated interior situated in the gorgeous seafront town of Herne Bay. This mid-terrace property boasts everything you need for a self-catered stay, perfect for a small family or group of friends looking to explore the Kent coastline.
Make use of the appliances in the kitchen to rustle up your favourite meals so you and your family can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal together on the dinner table in the living space.
The living room/diner is a lovely space to relish in some much-needed family time, snuggle up on the couch as you watch the TV, or kick back with a captivating novel, with a feature fireplace adding a wealth of character to the decor.
The ground-floor also benefits from a convenient cloakroom, whilst upstairs there is a lovely bathroom fitted with a bath and overhead shower, so you can choose to start your day with a relaxing soak or a quick shower.
Retire to one of the two charming bedrooms, both furnished with TVs to enjoy during a lazy Sunday morning in bed. Take in the fresh seaside air as you sip on an ice cold glass of wine in the enclosed courtyard, a moment of quiet for you to enjoy by yourself.

There is also a kitchen, and a living room/diner. To the outside, there is fenced rear courtyard with seating while the front courtyard area has a hedgerow. Off-road parking is available for one car and roadside parking is available. Swallow Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the Kent coast. One small well behaved dog only.

This was a lovely cottage, well maintained with everything that you needed. Great dog walk nearby and The Curious Cat pub does great food. Television in the lounge lost its connection half way through the week but not really a problem as there are two other TVs in the property. Shop in the village well stocked. Great property to explore from.

Lovely and clean. Nice touches like some tea, coffee and biscuits being provided. Only thing missing was a fan or two. It was very hot and no fans compounded the heat and sleep issues. Well equipped otherwise with everything we needed. We did find it a bit noisy around the cottage as a busy residential area.
