Upper Barn was a beautiful cottage, in a quiet rural location, to stay in for a long weekend for two families with young children. It had everything we needed, a great garden and a fabulous open plan living-dining area. The WiFi is hit and miss and the sinks are small to fit ino the en suites, but for us this was not a problem. We would visit again.

Very Nice tucked away Barn went for christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it very comfy and spacious. With an outhouse encompassing a table tennis set dogs are safe and secure and the decor is lovely. Only 5hings maybe to improve there were no condiments such as salt pepper olive oil etc. And wifi is hit and miss which due to location is to be expected tbh

Beautiful cottage in good location with facilities and attractions a short distance by car. We had days out at Drayton Manor Theme Park and Black Country Museum and are highly recommended. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the television reception which got worse the longer it was on. Initially thought it was down to connection but likely the tv needs replacing.
