Resting within striking distance of the popular resort town of Scarborough is this grand Edwardian property, The Manor House is the perfect choice for your next long-awaited family gathering.

This spacious accommodation is well-equipped for a large group gathering on the wonderful North Yorkshire coast, where you will find a magnitude of attractions and activities to suit a family of all ages and tastes.

The interior of the property cleverly combines period tradition with contemporary styling, with the sash windows and high ceilings complementing the carefully selected furnishings.

Choose to unwind of an evening within the large living room where you can relax amidst your loved ones on the inviting sofas and you can tune into the TV, or venture into the smaller living room to enjoy an hour’s peace and quiet from the excitement of the group.

Enjoy the warmth of the roaring embers from the woodburning stove on those chillier evenings.

Beyond is the elegantly styled kitchen, where you and your loved ones can gather to create your own delicious evening meals with the use of the impressive Range cooker before settling down at the kitchen’s dining table for those more casual moments.

The dining room can be prepared for those special celebrations and family meals where all 17 guests can be seated together.

As the evening draws to a close, there are eight well-presented bedrooms to choose from, all situated across the two floors to ensure a sleeping arrangement to suit all requirements.

The first floor hosts two super king-size bedrooms, two king-size bedrooms, a twin room and a family room consisting of a super king bed & single bed. There’s also a bathroom and walk-in shower room plus a utility.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom which is serviced by a family bathroom, whilst the external annexe-style dwelling house is a super-king-size bedroom, boasting a refreshing interior with wall-mounted TV and ample storage and space to house all your personal belongings.

The property is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens with a variety of different seating areas.

You will find an elevated patio area, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining before embracing complete relaxation on your holiday by making the most of the warming hot tub, whilst your canine companions make the most of the enclosed lawn garden area.

If you can tear yourself away from this property, venture into the centre of Scarborough, where you will find a superb selection of amenities, as well as attractions including the golden stretch of sandy beach guaranteeing plenty of memorable family days out. For those feeling active, you can walk along the Cleveland Way or cycle to the historic town of Whitby to enjoy the spectacular coastal location.

1 Deepdale Avenue is a detached property situated on the outskirts of Scarborough. It houses eight bedrooms comprising of a family bedroom with a super-king-size bed and a single bedroom, three super-king-size bedrooms, two doubles, a ground-floor super-king-size bedroom and a ground-floor king-size, together sleeping up to 17 people. There is a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms, a dining room with a gas fire, a snug with a woodburning stove and a ground-floor and a first-floor utility. Outside there is off-road parking for eight cars and a large garden with an enclosed lawn area, a lawn area and a patio area with hot tub and furniture. 1 Deepdale Avenue is an outstanding base for a family gathering to North Yorkshire. Note: Due to the residential location, the hot tub is unavailable after 10pm. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties.
