Pendleside is a stone-built, ground floor cottage located close to Downham in Lancashire. It plays host to three bedrooms which comprise a king-size zip/link, a double and a 2"6 single room, there is also a bathroom, the property is able to sleep up to five people. Inside, also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Externally, you will find plenty of off-road parking as well as an enclosed garden containing a lawn and a patio with furniture. Pendleside is a charming and homely retreat, ideal for couples or families seeking a break away.

We had a lovely time at the cottage , would book again , the views from the cottage was lovely, pony's in the back drop , hen on windowsill was a first .
Handed for the dales , we had a day out in Haworth and saltaire. Cottage had everything we needed , clean and rustic which we like .

Such a beautiful place. A lot of farm animals and beautiful views. We were welcomed by cat and entertain by chickens and other birds.
Cotage was nice, looked even better than on pictures. We had everything we needed. Kids liked board games. We had a great time.

What a fantastic stay. We loved the cottage, spacious and beautifully turned out. The setting is magnificent, with great access to walks and Clitheroe a few minutes up the road, for supplies. The owners were super helpful but not at all intrusive. We will definitely be back.
