This charming 1920's terraced cottage is situated in the historic town of Stratford Upon Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to The Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
This light, bright homely cottage provides quality accommodation ideal for a holiday with families and friends or a romantic theatre break.
On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, equipped with everything needed for the chef of the party to provide lovely meals which can be enjoyed around the dining table.
The sitting area is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area.
Sit and enjoy a drink in the sun room catching up with friends on the day's activities.
Head up to the first floor to the three charming bedrooms.
Period furniture and crisp white bed linen together with feature fireplaces add to the charm of the cottage.
The enclosed garden provides a lawn, patio and furniture ideal for those pleasant summer evenings.
A short stroll takes you to the centre of Stratford Upon Avon where you can enjoy fine dining, a river boat trip, take in a Shakespeare play or sit and watch the world go by. 5 Albany Road is a charming terraced cottage located in the village of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size, double, and a twin, along with a bathroom including a separate WC, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, sitting room with dining area and wall mounted electric fire, along with a sun room hosting seating for four people. To the outside is roadside parking with one parking permit outside cottage on first come first serviced basis, parking for one hour outside cottage, no return within 2 hours, along with a pay and display car park ten mins walk away. There is also a lawned garden with patio, furniture and water feature. Resting in a cultural setting, 5 Albany Road is a wonderful cottage in a superb part of England. Please note: Long stay parking available in Morrisons car park, Stratford railyway station and via the 'Just Park' scheme on the app (properties within 10 min walk maximum); Guests can load and unload outside the property for 1 hour.

Lovely property and great location. Owners made us welcome with very nice touches. WiFi worked well. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice conservatory and garden with fish pond. The house is nice and spacious. Hopefully will make a return visit in the nearby future.

Our 5th stay at Albany Road. Jean and Stephen always make the house welcoming, such lovely hosts and pleasure to meet them this visit. House so comfortable, bright spacious and clean. Comfy beds with spotlessly clean bedding. Garden looking beautiful. Everything you need in the house for the perfect stay. Can’t wait to get back again !

Our stay at 5 Albany Road Stratford Upon Avon was wonderful. The property was superb. The bedrooms and all the living area were brilliant. Jean and Stephen were very kind to leave a welcome card with gifts, which were much appreciated. We will certainly be returning. Excellent accommodation through. June Dickson
