Howards Hill West, a mid-terrace cottage, sits delightfully in the popular Norfolk seaside town of Cromer, just a short stroll from its wonderful Blue Flag beach.

It comes within conveniently close proximity of the countryside, coastline and attractions of the region, making it an ideal stay for families and friends looking to explore the area.

Enter this neutrally decorated cottage and head left into the welcoming sitting room, a warming spot to kick back and relax after exploring the stunning Norfolk Coast AONB.

Step through into a modern kitchen/diner, well-equipped and furnished delightfully, while adjacent to this is a peaceful lean-to porch with a cosy armchair, an ideal spot to sit and read a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

The first floor of Howards Hill West plays host to two comforting bedrooms; a double which has beautiful sea views out of the window, and a twin bedroom are served by a fresh family bathroom offering a shower over the bath.

To relax outside, step out into the back garden where you can enjoy a refreshing drink with the sea breeze to accompany you. A short stroll will lead you into this charming seaside town, it boasts a wealth of charming amenities along with its renowned clifftop pier and wonderful sandy beach to make the most of. The whole of beautiful Norfolk beckons from here, you can easily explore the astounding Norfolk Coast AONB, the countryside of the Norfolk Broads and the wonderful city that is Norwich.

It would be good if there were top sheets on the beds instead of just a duvet. Firstly when it is hot you have nothing to cover you in bed and secondly the duvet keeps slipping off the bed. This is the only bug bear that I had. The house is in a very convenient spot, very comfortable and Quiet. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay we found it really convenient for walking into Cromer and for the public transport we felt that the back garden could have done with a bit more tending big surprise when the for sale notice went up?,We found it well equipped baring a peeler and a paring knife.Having read past reviews was a it wary of what to expect but it was really good.

Very comfortabele house, clean, close to shops, city centre and sea. Very quiet. After staying three times, which says enough, we still do not get the dvd player working. A welcome improvement could be a higher capaciteit shower...
