Temple Mews (Visit Britain 4 stars) is an absolutely delightful holiday home converted from an old Cotswolds farm building.
It is situated in the lovely and traditional Cotswolds village of Broadwell, itself just 2 miles from the popular market towns of Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh.
Internally, the property has been beautifully converted to provide a very high standard of self catering accommodation for up to four people, with much thought given to the provision of modern features to make your stay welcoming and comfortable.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building (via 10 steps). Externally, it enjoys a very peaceful location, tucked down a quiet and private driveway and overlooks, and use of, an enclosed garden to the rear.
A short walk away is the well established Fox Inn, serving food and local ales.
In our opinion Temple Mews provides a wonderful country retreat in complete peace and yet within a short distance of two of the Cotswolds most delightful market towns.

Temple Mews is an old Cotswolds farm building based in Broadwell, Gloucestershire. Internally the property has been beautifully converted to provide a very high standard holiday home, with much thought given to provision of modern features to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. Inside you will find an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom with an en suite and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed sitting area with a table and chairs provided, as well as a lawned garden with a bench. Externally, the property is tucked down a quiet and private driveway, which is open for use for two cars. Temple Mews is an excellent property for small families and friends. Note: This property is accessed via 10 external steps and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The cottage was exactly as described and very clean with everything you would require for a comfortable stay. The fresh produce pack and fresh flowers was very much appreciated. Once Peter knew that our friend was from New Zealand he immediately flew the New Zealand Flag which was a very nice touch. Overall highly recommended.

10/10 for Temple Mews! It had absolutely everything we could possibly have wished for. Peter was such a gracious host, hosting us with a lovely welcome pack, flowers and our national flag. He was also so helpful in terms of pubs to visit and things to do. We could not have asked for a better week in the Cotswolds! Thanks so much Peter!!!

Temple Mews is a beautiful place to stay and relax. Peter the property owner is a lovely man and very knowledgeable about the area. Location is good for visiting the surrounding towns. Welcome pack was very nice thank you. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
