This modern, semi-detached house sits quietly in a close just 400 yards from the vast expanse of golden sand and surf of Crooklets Beach in the friendly seaside town of Bude.
Brilliantly positioned for the beach and all the town’s amenities, and with long views to Maers Down, this light, bright and neat holiday home provides all-year-round quality family accommodation.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall with plenty of space for hats, coats, boots and other paraphernalia, and a twin bedroom and a family shower room.
Up on the first floor a lovely open plan living area for relaxing after a day’s fun on the beach with well-appointed kitchen with dining area and sitting area with lovely nautical fabrics and patio windows to a balustrade.
Two more bedrooms, a king size double with patio windows to balustrade and en suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom all on the next floor complete the accommodation.
A neat little, enclosed garden at the back of the house is ideal for a morning coffee whilst planning the day’s activities.
Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches, as well as the shops, pubs, restaurants, beach café, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool/sports centre, golf and riding are all within easy walking distance.
More superb beaches at Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven are close nearby, as is the famous hillside Devon village of Clovelly.

On the first floor an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, an enclosed back garden with picnic bench and off road parking for one car. The Loft is an excellent family holiday home at any time of the year.

Great house, location good. Only issue was rooms were very hot and radiators were on. I was unable to sort the temp controls to turn heating off. This made it unbearably warm at times as we had a great weather week.

This property was spotlessly clean with everything provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is amazing with just a five minute walk to Crooklets Beach. Will definitely book again!

Superb accommodation with lots of extras.
Easy access into Bude town centre (10mins walk) and Crooklets beach just 300m away.
Parking right outside the front door in a safe area.
Highly recommended.
