This comfortable, well-maintained, semi-detached cottage is located next to the owners’ pub in the heart of Middleton near Wirksworth, close to historic village of Cromford.
This wonderful Middleton cottage is perfect for groups of walkers, families, and groups of friends looking to enjoy the outdoors and explore this beautiful part of Derbyshire.
This Middleton cottage has three lovely bedrooms boasting feature beams, including a delightful family bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine level with twin beds, and an en-suite shower room.
Downstairs, the cosy, open plan living area is the perfect space for everyone to gather and relax, and simply enjoy your time together.
Outside, soak up the sunshine on the patio and on warm summer evenings, enjoy al fresco dining as you discuss the day’s adventures.

Next door, the owners’ own pub makes the perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink after a day of walking.

Pickle Cottage is a fantastic, semi-detached cottage, nestled in the heart of the Derbyshire village of Middleton. The cottage offers a double bedroom, a family room with a double bed, twin beds on a mezzanine level, and an en-suite shower room. There is also a fabulous family bathroom and an open plan living area providing a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and ample off road parking. Pickle Cottage is a wonderful base for friends and families escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and exploring the Peak District. Note: From beginning of November 2023 this property will be a 2 bedroom property sleeping 4 people. Note: There is a connecting door in the family room to the owner's home, which will be locked.
Note: Please be aware, that If you are bringing your dogs, please make the owner aware, and please kindly be advised that they must not be left alone, unattended.
Note: Twin beds only suitable for children.

Had the most amazing time! The whole family loved the stay! The cottage was fantastic! We had a family of 6 and there was so much room can't highly recommend this place enough! People so lovely and helpful couldn't do enough to make your stay wonderful! Definitely going back there! ❤️❤️❤️

Pub next door very welcoming and also pet friendly. Village pub so did not disturb us and sometimes has a food van.
Kettle wasn’t working but a replacement was provided immediately.

Cottage is cosy, clean and well-equipped; decent space for 6-plus. Kids enjoyed the games and DVDs. Owner is readily available for any questions and there is loads to see/do in the area. Very good value for money. Definitely recommend and we all agreed we want to stay there again.
