The cottage is set within the most tranquil green and luscious Swallow Hall Golf Club and has pleasant views from most of the windows a mere 6 miles from the historical city of York.
This beautiful cottage is a perfect retreat for couples wanting a touch of luxury, the traditional woodburning stove is perfect for taking the chill off cooler evenings and as a focal point it is an ideal spot for reminiscing following a perfect day out. The spacious bedroom has a king-size double bed and the en-suite completes the luxury touch.
An open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area completes this perfect oasis amongst the green! As a place to stay the cottage is perfectly placed to discover why North Yorkshire attracts millions of visitors each year.

The Paddock is a ground floor cottage set within the Swallow Hall Golf Club, 6 miles from York. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. There is also tennis and golf available on site. The Paddock is a fantastic base wit ha variety of amenities and days out on offer.Property accepts 2 adults only no children this includes babes in arms

We had a great week at The Paddock. Melissa and Jonathan were very attentive hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
The cottage is beautifully presented, well equipped with things that you wouldn’t expect to be included. Nice welcome pack included milk, tea bags and mince pies! We will definitely return.

The accommodation was excellent, warm and cosy. Everything you needed was there. As it snowed when we went the log fire and Christmas decorations made it feel even more special.
Close to York P&R site, made it easy getting into this historic city. Would definitely recommend.

Easy access to York with plenty to do in the area.
