Found in the peaceful valley close to Maenporth Beach in Falmouth, there are onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, Jacuzzi and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours) making an ideal venue for families seeking relaxation and recreation close to the coast.
Dine in the sunny conservatory, and recline in the open plan living area, a smart and modern space with kitchen.
There are two well-appointed bedrooms and a pristine bathroom.
Open doors to the patio area with picnic bench, set in communal grounds with gentle stream running by. A holiday at Pendra Loweth, means you have a choice of beaches and facilities nearby.

Maenporth beach also 1 mile away is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming or trying your hand at kayaking, while North Helford is a quintessential Cornish visitor destination; a mix of beach, creek and woodland.

Tre Pol Pen is a modern bungalow set in beautiful landscaped gardens in the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth. There are onsite facilities including an indoor plunge pool, tennis courts and childrens outdoor play area. The bungalow sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area with kitchen and sitting area leads to the conservatory/dining room, opening to the patio garden with garden furniture, BBQ and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens. There is off road allocated parking for one car. Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions, Tre Pol Pen makes an ideal break away.
Note: Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, there is a charge of £15/pet/week.

Note: Seasonal opening times apply to the bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi. The season usually runs from the beginning of April to end of October annually. The gym, tennis courts and children’s play area are available year-round.
Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time.
Please note: If a booking is found to be a worker booking this will be cancelled and no refund will be given
Please Note: This property only accepts a two night minimum stay
Please note that due to essential maintenance, the plunge pool and jacuzzi will be unavailable from 11th to 22nd May. These dates are approximate, and the work may take longer than planned.

Im afraid to say I could only give 3 faces for cleanliness, due to Black Mould
along the top of the bath, this was dealt with promptly by the lady on duty who said it was down to the cleaning team for that house, being lazy. On the whole a small hicup in an other wise perfect stay.
Im sorry for taking so long to give my feed back as we have been very busy

Lovely accommodation. Very well equipped. Everything you need. Spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Just a couple of minor things - the TV is not easy to work out. This was mentioned in a previous review. Clearer instructions needed and DVD did not work at all. Also, it should ...

The bungalow was in an ideal setting so peaceful and lots of wildlife, the bungalow was clean and well equipped, my husband and I we are nearly 70 found the bed too low and a little hard and the shower too hard to get in and out of.
The facilities at the bar/cafe/shop were ok except only open from 4...
