Located with views over the Camel Estuary, this contemporary two-storey house provides excellent accommodation for up to six adults and one child in the harbour town of Padstow on the North Cornwall coast.
With outstanding views and all the town's amenities on your doorstep, this house provides a touch of luxury for your family holiday.
Step into the open plan kitchen and dining area and you will find a chef's heaven with everything you could possibly need to enable you to delight every taste bud. Lounge in the spacious sitting area and step through the door leading to the decked area with your morning coffee and watch the shifting tides over the estuary and towards the beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and the world class St Enodoc golf course.
Four super bedrooms offer light and spacious areas, one with an en-suite and another benefiting from a Juliette balcony with wonderful views.
There is also a snug area with great views across the Camel Estuary towards St Enodoc golf course.
Perfect for peaceful reading with a coffee. Pop outside and top up your tan in the enclosed terrace garden while you sip your favourite tipple and read a good book.
Padstow is a popular resort where you can hop on a ferry across to Rock, walk or cycle along the Camel Trail or sample the many fine eateries in the town after browsing the array of arty shops and trendy boutiques.
Your ideal may be to park the car and forget it for the duration of your holiday; however, there are so many beautiful attractions to enjoy in this part of Cornwall.
A trip to Port Isaac is a must for Doc Martin fans, or how about a ramble on mystical and mysterious Bodmin Moor where you can visit Carnglaze Slate Caverns or stop for lunch at the legendary coaching house, Jamaica Inn. A superb house in an excellent location for a fabulous family or friends holiday.

Tides is a superb two-storey house with estuary views, situated in the Cornish coastal town of Padstow. The house sleeps seven people and has one king bedroom with additional child bed and en-suite, one king bedroom with Juliette balcony, 2 single rooms and a snug with sofa bed. There is a family bathroom and shower room. Also in the house is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a decked area and a garden with seating. Off road parking is available on the driveway for two cars. With stunning views and everything to hand, Tides is an excellent house for a family or friends holiday. Note: Cot, highchair and stairgate available.

The best view!!
All great apart from the two smaller bedrooms with very little wardrobe or drawer space . The fourth bedroom is really a box room only suitable for little children.. my 6 foot 4 son struggled with the bed!
However otherwise the house was great

Fabulous property - everything is thought of, clearly explained and labelled and very well maintained. Great location with easy parking - short walk down to the harbour plus a nice route directly down to the camel trail too. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely house with great attention to detail on the decoration and amenities. The views were fabulous. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing wetsuits. Location is a 5 minute walk from Padstow town centre yet a very quiet spot. We would love to return
