Discover a beautiful duplex apartment in a renovated building with a private beach! Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, separate toilet upstairs, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a large terrace on the lake with a grandiose view of the mountains, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
You can enter the lake directly from the terrace! The first room is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm ((Queen Size), with a bay window overlooking the lake and the mountains, with bonus the sunrise! 🅿️Private outdoor parking is included in the booking. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
The second bedroom contains a double bed 140x200cm (Double).
The rooms are equipped with storage for your personal belongings.
Television, equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine .
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
The accommodation is on the ground floor.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can get around without car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot.

Het duplex appartement prachtig mooi, de parket, de ruimte, het uitzicht, het meer met de voetjes in het water...
Voor de prijs mag het net iets meer in orde zijn, doe eens een volledige check-up en een opfrissing ... en de grootste ergernis was het ontbreken van de WIFi ...de superdrukke baan maakt hels lawaai en is zelfs gevaarlijk om over te steken, weinige auto's houden zich aan de snelheid 30km/u
