You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet.
Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space
In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay. ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment. A private covered garage is included with the booking of the apartment. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to walk throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path is all around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled at the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old neighborhoods, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and flourish its channels to which it owes its name from "Venice of the Alps". Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested. appartement équipé de tout nous pourrions avoir besoin
Le parking. L'architecte a dû faire ses études en écoles maternelles pour un parking dédié aux petites voitures. Impossible de se garer en dehors du box et pas de place à l'extérieur, sauf parking municipal à 500 métres dans une rue en forte pente. Inutilisable pour personne à mobilité réduite. Great location for short walk to Old Town and Lake Annecy. Space is perfect for a couple or family of four. Kitchen, bathroom, and terrace are great. Parking is a plus. Provided two fans to help with heat. Would stay here again.
