Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and balcony with side sea view. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed. - Mezzanine with single bed (90 cm x 190 cm) - Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and WC.
Exterior: - First floor balcony of 3 m² with two deckchairs and a small table. - Ground floor balcony.
The area: The duplex is located in the heart of the district classified as "Secteur Sauvegardé", the roof is classified due to its particularity, located 50 m from the beach, close to the tourist office, cinema and library located less than 100 metres from the accommodation.
All shops nearby, with major retailers within a 3 km radius.
The commune is part of the Baie de Somme - Picardie maritime regional nature park.
It is also one of the gateways to the "Grand site de France Baie de Somme".
