🏢 Located in the heart of the city of Grenoble, on the 3rd floor without lift, this beautiful flat renovated in late 2021 consists of:
- a nice living room with a lounge area and a dining area,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a double bedroom,
- a shower room with washbasin,
- and a separate toilet.
🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed for 2 people in the bedroom,
- a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, wifi connection, kitchen equipment (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates, ect.), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

You are between the "Victor Hugo" and "Chavant" districts, a lively area where all public transport meets.
Bus : C1 : stops "Chavant" and "Docteur Martin".

You may be lucky enough to find a paying space in the surrounding streets.

Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms. 💁We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation.
We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests! 🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed. 🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance.
Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance.
