Cocoonr is offering this beautiful, spacious 180 m² family home for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 guests, in a peaceful setting.
This Cocoonr Collection-certified house is one of our premium properties, situated in Tréffléan, just about ten minutes’ drive from Vannes, in the Gulf of Morbihan.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows, on the ground floor: - A large, light-filled living area, featuring a lounge area with a contemporary fireplace, a large-screen TV, and a dining area opening onto the lounge, - A fitted and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, crockery, etc.), - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) opening onto the terrace and garden. - A bathroom with a large walk-in shower - A room with a large walk-in wardrobe - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private 10 m² terrace offering unobstructed views of the countryside, - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190), - Bedroom 4: with a single bed, suitable for a child or teenager (90 x 190), - A large bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower and a bath, with twin washbasins. - A study, designed as a workspace and fitted with a sofa bed (this is not an extra bed, but a bench seat), - A large landing with a charming relaxation area/library featuring armchairs, a small TV and a keyboard for music lovers, - 1 separate toilet For children: a travel cot and high chair are available. Outdoors: - A beautiful, tree-lined garden of 1,500 m² plus a lovely south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather (sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.), - A lovely heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 7.50 m x 3.50 m for maximum relaxation. The swimming pool is heated from 1 May (weather permitting) until 30 September; however, as it is not covered, the water temperature is heavily influenced by weather conditions and we cannot guarantee the temperature or its availability. - Child safety: secured with an electric cover and an alarm. The house is ideally situated in the peaceful countryside, where many market gardeners sell their fruit and vegetables to visitors. Transport: If you’re coming by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique - Bus stop: 10 minutes’ walk away On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - A built-in wine fridge in the kitchen. - 2 leisure bicycles are available for guests’ use. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - External contractors carry out rubbish collection on a regular basis and independently.

Maison splendide avec de grands espaces (en intérieur comme à l'extérieur), décoration et aménagement magnifiques, bien équipée. Superbe piscine. Bon emplacement géographique, au calme, en campagne, à quelques minutes de la mer et de Vannes en voiture. Un lieu reposant, agréable et serein.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. Close to Vannes for restaurants and shopping. Great property and lovely pool. Luckily it wasn’t too hot as we thought it could benefit from fans in all the bedrooms.
We had a small issue with the BBQ as the one in the property was rusty and broken. The owner replaced it with a new one the next day.

Het huis, de tuin en zwembad zijn echt fantastisch. We wisten niet dat de omvang zo groot was. Perfect voor gezin. Zwembad water van goede kwaliteit. Ruim opgezet en hekwerk rondom. Mooie bomen en planten in de tuin. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen airco maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Locatie ook dicht bij de kust. Aanrader om te verblijven. Rustige omgeving.
