Sunflower House is a ground floor apartment with a small private outdoor area.
The house is outside tha chaos of the downtown of Monopoli.
You can find easy parking, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.
At about 850 m there are the equipped beach of Lido Pantano, at one kilometer the free beach of Cala Susca and at 1.5 km the central square of Monopoli called "Il Borgo" and the adjacent oldtown.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi. Sunflower House consists of an entrance living room equipped with dining table, large sofa, a kitchen with sink, induction plates, oven and fridge, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with large shower box and washing machine.
