The 4-star holiday flat Olli (ground floor flat) can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children (0 - 14 years). It is furnished in a bright country house style and is in a fantastic location in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Westerkappeln. We offer you a non-smoking flat. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Our youngest guests are also very welcome. A cot, high chair and changing table are available for them on request. Our garden offers them plenty of space to play. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous marked hiking trails and cyclists and motorcyclists will not miss out either. The Tecklenburger Land holiday region offers you a wide range of excursion destinations and leisure activities.

Description of the accommodation
Our 4-star holiday flat Olli (56m2) in Westerkappeln has bright and friendly rooms with a generous room layout and external blinds on all windows. Free WLAN and a landline telephone are available for you (calls to German landlines).
For even more living comfort, all rooms are equipped with insect screens.
The lovingly furnished living room is equipped with a modern sofa bed (inside mattress 150 x 200 cm), two relaxing armchairs (NEW 2024), cosy blankets as well as satellite TV, DVD player, music system, books, toys and much more.
Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), height-adjustable slatted frames in the head and foot area, 5-door mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables, satellite TV. Bed linen included. The beds are made on arrival.
New kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, fridge including 3-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, dishcloths and tea towels, fully equipped.
The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating includes a large washbasin, WC, shower (flat entry), bathtub with two grab rails, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bath towels included.
The furnished terrace (south-east side) and the adjoining garden area are accessible from the living room and courtyard. Charcoal barbecue on request, picnic blanket available.
There is a large car park right outside the front door.

Das Haus liegt zwar ein bisschen außerhalb von Westerkappeln, dafür liegt es wunderbar ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und wunderbar ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir können nur positives darüber sagen. Auch die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Vielen Dank, liebe Fam. Olschewski! Es war sehr schön bei Ihnen. Wir kommen wieder.
