Delightful two-room apartment on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, just steps from the town center and 150 meters from the beach.
It comprises a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a new bathroom with shower, a small balcony ideal for outdoor dining, a TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a washing machine, an unassigned shared parking space, and two elevators in the building. The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally and in cash) of € 0.50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment. EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on the spot): Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Final cleaning: € 80.00 MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00 Access for guests We are waiting for you directly in our offices during agency hours (from 15:00 to 18:30) where we will check-in, after which we will accompany you to the accommodation of your choice.
