Come and enjoy the relaxed way of life in Gruissan, in this lovely, secure residential complex with a swimming pool, overlooking the harbour, close to all the shops and just 1 km from Grazel Beach.
La Brigantine is a 60 m² flat that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, comprising a living area with a seating area, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The flat: - Hallway with large walk-in wardrobe A staircase leads down to the living area, which features: - A large fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, 2 coffee makers (filter and a Senseo), extractor hood, microwave, various dishes… - A sitting area: TV with digital terrestrial channels, children’s books, novels, board games (Scrabble, Yams, card games) - Enclosed south-facing terrace with an extendable table and a clothes horse Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: south-facing, featuring a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
Access to the enclosed terrace. - Bedroom 2: Sofa that converts into a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a proper 20 cm-thick mattress.
Loft bed with two children’s sleeping spaces, accessed via a telescopic ladder (two genuine made-to-measure mattresses, 1.50 m x 1 m, placed end to end) - Bathroom with a window, fitted with a bath, washing machine and cupboards - Separate toilet Outdoors: - Shared outdoor swimming pool measuring 15 m x 7 m, depth 135–250 cm, with a paddling pool.
The pool is open from 15 May to 15 September, with lifeguard supervision in July and August. - Private parking space included with the flat Nearby: - Right outside the residence: Tourist Office, bus stop, cash machine, Vival grocery shop (selling bread and pastries) open 7 days a week from 7.30 am. - Direct access to the harbour promenade with a variety of restaurants, snack bars, ice-cream parlours, shops, etc. - Beaches: ‘Du Grazel’ sandy beach 1 km away and ‘Plage des Chalets’ 5 km away - 2 km away: Supermarkets (Lidl/Intermarché), GP surgery, stadium, nightclub, skatepark, “Pirate-Park” amusement park (July/August) - The village centre is 1.5 km away Activities: - 500 m/1 km away: access to the lake and the “Massif de la Clape”: hiking, walking, picnics, mountain bike trails for all levels… - Boules court, bike and electric boat hire, treetop adventure course, mini-golf, tennis and padel courts - The Casino (games, slot machines, etc.) is 150 m away What makes Gruissan special: - A lively, vibrant village with a variety of events throughout the year, numerous concerts during the summer season, plenty of pedestrian and cycle zones… and the legendary “Festéjades” in June! - International events not to be missed: ‘Défikite’ and ‘Défiwind’ in May, ‘Natur’ailes’ (in Narbonne-Plage, 9 km away) – a kite-flying competition and displays. L'appartement etait conforme à la description et aux photos, silencieux dans l ensemble, très bien équipé! La boîte à clés nous a permis d arriver quand nous le souhaitons et de ne pas déranger l agence.
nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Tout était très bien;
les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles et l'accueil a été très cordial.
L'appartement était à la hauteur de nos attentes, très propre et bien équipé.
Les commerces et le port étant à proximité immédiate, il nous a été facile de nous restaurer et de nous désaltérer...
Nous avons passé excellent séjour. La proximité du centre de Gruissan, du port et des commerces est un vrai plus
