Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Laax, where Haus Riva immediately catches the eye with its prime location directly after entering Laax village from Chur. This unique holiday accommodation, which is known for its modern living ambience and beautiful view of the lake, was completely renovated in 2021. It combines stylish living with close proximity to local amenities.
Inside, you will find a spacious flat with three bedrooms - a cosy double room, a room with two beds and a room with a pull-out bed - ideal for any size group or family. Two large bathrooms with double washbasin, shower and bathtub promise relaxing moments. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area offers maximum comfort thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, including an induction hob, oven, combi steamer and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine, a raclette and fondue set and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A heated ski boot and ski locker is located in the entrance area of the flat.
