The flats are located close to the historic centre of Blois, in a small, quiet cobbled street. There are plenty of shops, boutiques and restaurants within walking distance of the flats. You'll be on the route of the "Loire à vélo" cycle route, so you'll be able to stop off and visit our beautiful town. Two bicycles are available for exploring the town. The two flats (28 m² and 27 m²) on the ground floor of an old building have been fully renovated and offer all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The private outdoor courtyards (18 m² and 10 m²) are equipped with garden furniture and a table, so you can relax and enjoy meals together.
A large, private, not overlooked courtyard of 18 m² includes garden furniture, a dining table and 4 chairs.
The flat comprises a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster and Senseo coffee machine. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa, coffee table and bookcase, and the living room has a table and two chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet.
