A beautifully designed two-bedroom property, thoughtfully finished with great attention to detail to create a warm and inviting home-from-home experience.
The house has its own private entrance on Smales Street, just a short 5 minute walk from the heart of the city centre and train station.
Also just a short walk to the popular Bishopthorpe Road (Bishy Road) area with its independent bars, restaurants and shops. Upon entering there is a cosy sitting room complete with electric fire, TV and a sofa bed. Walking through here leads into the main living area where you will find an open plan lounge, dining area and contemporary kitchen. The lounge features a wall mounted LCD Smart TV. There's dining seating to accommodate 4 for dinner too. The kitchen is very stylish and features a breakfast bar to seat 2, dishwasher and washer dryer together with quartz worktops.
There's also an Amazon Alexa device for your convenience. At the rear of the kitchen is the house bathroom complete with walk in shower.
There's also a lovely outdoor patio at the rear of the patio with Indian stone paving and outdoor seating for 4. Spare seating can also be found in the cupboard under the stairs for use at the dining table or on the patio. Moving upstairs there are both bedrooms.
The master has a super king bed. The second bedroom is a king size bed. Both bedrooms have wall mounted Smart TV's and dressing tables. Although there is no parking with the property, there is a local car park very close by. Please enquire for details.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maggie's Place!\r\nIt is extremely comfortable, especially the beds, with quality furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen, should you choose to cook. The welcome hamper was lovely and much enjoyed.\r\nThe location was brilliant and very quiet, with only a short walk to the shops and bars and the centre of York\r\nWould certainly be happy to return.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Maggie's Place. It was the perfect location for exploring all that York has to offer and the house itself is v well equipped and ideal for our group of five. We loved that we could bring our cavapoo with us and my daughter had a brilliant birthday there. Thank you!
