Cozy 36 sqm studio, perfect for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated building with parking space included (20 meters from the apartment).
The property is located near the historic center of Taormina (pedestrian area), about 10 minutes on foot from the Ancient Theater and less than 15 minutes on foot from the Duomo. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator and kitchenware), dining table and sofa; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with (raised) shower, sink, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, A/C (one split), washing machine (in the bathroom), clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, drying rack, insect screens and hairdryer. *WORKS ON THE TERRACE ABOVE THE APARTMENT* OTHER INFORMATION: large parking space, located 20 meters from the property (very steep uphill road). The apartment is not suitable for disabled people. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30 EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00 Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. Useful and affordable little studio. Probably the most difficult parking location i have rented, so you better know what you're doing when driving here. Also, better be in great shape to walk (climb) from the parking lot to the apartment.
Nevertheless, nice view, clean and acceptable spot.

Very good location in Taormina, close to the city centre and cable car station. Apartment with a great kitchen, clean bathroom and comfy bed. You get a lot for the price. The owner was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend

숙소내 주차장이 있는 것으로 알고 갔지만 실질적으로 이용이 어려웠습니다. 주차장으로 진입하기 위한 도로가 너무 좁고 경사가 급해서 차량 이용이 어렵습니다. 여행 기간동안 렌트카를 이용했기 때문에 주차장이 숙소를 정하는데 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나 였으나 이 부분이 많이 아쉬운 부분 이었습니다. 게다가 숙소가 꾀 높은 곳에 위치해 있어서 차없이 이동하기 힘들었습니다. 그 외에 인테리어나 난방 등은 매우 좋았으며 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.
