Cozy three-room apartment with balcony located on the FIRST FLOOR, without lift, perfect for 4 people and equipped with free unlimited WiFi and air conditioning.
Just 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Tribunal, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts.
The center can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk and the area has all the services: pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Possibility of parking (for a fee) in a partner garage.
The 85m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! We therefore point out the need to climb nearby 20 0 steps to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, traditional oven and coffee machine - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - Bedroom II with single bed, camp bed, wardrobe and desk - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump, drying rack and ironing board.
Attention: 2 irons are available but are shared with other apartments (availability not guaranteed). It is possible to book a parking in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment.

In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market.

the hostess was really accommodating as we arrived on a very late flight. her directions to help us navigate the area was also helpful. the apartment is so close to the heart of Bari we walked to the centre every night... my daughter and I enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this apartment

Appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier calme. La gare et la vieille ville sont accessibles à pied en 15 min. L'immeuble est très propre. La communication a été très bonne, Silvia nous a accueilli à l'horaire prévu, elle nous a donné quelques adresses intéressantes. Je recommande cet appartement.

ubicacion muy buena. quizas estaba un poco alejado del centro historico para ir caminando, pero me gusto un departamento bien reciclado con algunos problemas el baño no tenia respiracion ni ventilacion. habia olor a cloaca. es un tema importante. la habitacion con dos camas, tenia una cama y un catr...
