The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
There are 6 steps before entering it. In 120 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 8 people.
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen and two balconies. We are located in a central district 7 minutes walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele! Area fully served by shops including the pharmacy and the post office. Convenient for those coming by car due to its proximity to the motorway exit. LIVING ROOM.
Sofa bed and television. KITCHEN.
Equipped with washing machine, traditional oven, moka, kettle and coffee machine TWO FULL BATHROOMS.
Shower cubicle, sink and toilet, hairdryer. DOUBLE BEDROOM. SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM. BEDROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Split the a / c in two bedrooms and in the living room, unlimited and free wifi, iron and clothesline. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00 We can't check you in after 01.30.
All late check-ins are must be approved by the host. Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival. Appartamento in zona molto comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi, vicino alla stazione. Quartiere ricco di negozi. La casa è spaziosa, ben arredata, nuova e ancora da completare per alcuni dettagli. Comunque la nostra permanenza è stata comoda e piacevole.
