In the streets surrounding the house, parking is free.
Line couriers connect the seven beaches to each other, in Comacchio and Ferrara.
The 48 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people.

Split air conditioning, fan, clothesline and iron. Balcony. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. Currently there are works in a building in via Leopardi.

You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th CIR: 038006-CV-00233 CIN: IT038006B4HCJ2O3D4 - From Ferrara station, take the train to Ravenna station.
From the station it is necessary to move to the Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot) from which it is possible to take bus n. 333 to the "Lido Estensi Manzoni" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free in the streets around the property (NOT guaranteed).
