Cozy 55 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building with a shared garden, in a strategic position to reach, with a walk, all the main points of interest of Ferrara.
The property is just 5 minutes on foot from "Palazzo dei Diamanti" and the historic center with all the main attractions of the city and 15 minutes on foot from the railway station.
The inside is organized as follows:
KITCHEN: kitchenette with mini dining table for two, fridge, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave and cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM: sofa bed for two people with dining table and television.
BEDROOM: double bed and a single bed, with television.
BATHROOM: shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning, free WiFi, iron, clotheshorse, hanger and closet.
PETS:
Pets allowed, with a supplement of 40 euros per stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.
MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, the apartment can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL area (traffic-restricted area), and it is possible to park for free along the road.
Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Diamanti garage, 10 minutes away on foot, open 24 hours and free in the night and during the weekend. USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato We are available by phone at the following times: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays KEY COLLECTION: The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival. NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. Alloggio con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottima la pulizia. Check-in e check-out facili, con tutte le istruzioni disponibili, eseguibili in autonomia. Posizione perfetta per spostarsi con i mezzi e a piedi, il centro è facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile; possibilità di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Host disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.

Comoda vicino a ciò che avevamo bisogno, spaziosa e accogliente. C’erano tutti i servizi.
Peccato per la luce che entrava di notte e al mattino presero dalle finestre, purtroppo sono abituata allo scuro, basterebbero delle tende.
