Cozy apartment of 27 sqm located in a strategic position a short distance from the University of Bologna.
The particular position of the house allows to reach easily the historical center, the fair, the station and the airport.
It is the perfect solution for short business or tourist stays: the area is well served by public transport and on the neighborhood there are supermarkets, shops and bars. The apartment situated on the ground floor of a characteristic building can comfortably accomodate up to 3 people.
Curated in detail and cleanliness.
It consists of two levels: on the lower floor there are a dining area equipped with an open kitchen, a living area with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave.
The second level parquet loft has a bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe.
The accommodation is also equipped with heating, A / C, WIFI, dishwasher, hairdryer and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels will be provided. Washing machine in the cellar department.
Not present inside the apartment. Cot for babies upon request and payment. City tax not included in the rate.
According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival. The apartment is located in a very nice area of Bologna. We enjoyed the calmness of it, just some metres away from a buzzing street with nice restaurants and bars. Centre is also in walking distance, also several bus stops.
Would be cool to upgrade to a bigger (more powerful) hairdryer 😊

Great place, and great hosts. Communication with Giovanni was smooth, and his wife was very welcoming (and on time) at the apartment.
The apartment had two airco's, which was great: one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Bologna und haben die zentrale und ruhige Lage geschätzt.
Die Ruhe in der Wohnung kann durch das Treppenhaus gestört werden, war jedoch kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist funktional, wir fühlten uns wohl.
Das Badezimmer, vorallem die Dusche könnte eine gründliche Reinigung, Erneuerung ertragen.
Insgesamt war es für uns ein positives Erlebniss.
