Our recently renewed apartment is in the heart of the historic center of La Spezia.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the port where you can find the ferries for the 5 Terre, Lerici, Palmaria, Portovenere, etc., or if you prefer to the train station to reach Pisa, Lucca and more.

Our terrace, comfortable and characteristic, is a perfect setting where you can relax, after living Piazza Bastione in one of the many typical restaurants which offer memorable evenings. The apartment, on a high floor served by an elevator, has just been refurbished with elegant finishing and furniture, wooden Teak floors covers all the rooms, 4 people can live comfortably and a sofa bed in the living room can host 2 extra guests.

The living room, with a kitchen, opens directly on the terrace, which overlooks the pedestrian Piazza Bastione.

The bathroom completely renewed includes a large modern shower.

Included services: WIFI, digital TV, Air Conditioning, as well as a kid’s corner with books and toys. Guests have access to the entire house. At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.
