“Gran casa en Abano terme a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad (un montón de bares, restaurantes y tiendas alrededor), barrio muy tranquilo, las habitaciones son espaciosas con un montón de almacenamiento y comodidades, muy familiar, incluyendo libros para niños, utensilios y taburetes en los baños (ten cuidado con un pequeño escalón que divide la cocina de la sala de estar) El camino es muy estrecho como se especifica en la descripción airb & b por lo tanto, sólo los coches pequeños pueden entrar y aparcar en el camino de entrada (un aparcamiento está a sólo 2 minutos a pie) tuvimos un registro tardío y Diana del equipo de Padova fue increíble, explicando todo y estar disponible durante la semana que nos alojamos allí. Definitivamente buscaremos más airb&bs del equipo "welcome to Veneto&Friuli".”

Pretty and cozy private house is located in the central area in Abano Terme, a few steps from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Piazza Mercato and the Urban Thermal Park, in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood, spacious and perfect for 6 people. The accommodation is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: WiFi, TV, independent heating, private garden, 2 bathrooms, free street parking. The real oasis of peace and relaxation just a few kilometers from Padua and Venice!
Pretty two-floors private house ideal for 6 guests, equipped with every comfort and a large private garden, located in the center of the fabulous spa town of Abano Terme, one of the most famous spa resorts in Europe. Thanks to its enormous receptive potential, which is based on a considerable number of facilities equipped for thermal treatments, it can boast the primacy of the largest spa town in the world!
Internally the house consists of
LIVING ROOM: with relax corner, queen sofa bed, Smart TV.
KITCHEN: with the dining area, equipped with refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils
ROOM: with queen bed and large wardrobe
SECOND ROOM: with queen bed, wardrobe.
2 BATHROOMS: one with a bathtube / shower, bidet and hairdryer and the other with a shower but no bidet.
GARDEN: large private garden with outdoor dining area and a swing
Our guests will also have access to WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the sleeping area), fans, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, independent heating, free street parking
PLEASE NOTE: the road to get to the accomodation is quite narrow, you have to do the maneuver to arrive and drive away.
The stove is NOT usable.
Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay
Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay
The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night, for the first 7 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Abano Terme.
