A wonderfully positioned 3 bedroom property located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre and positioned right next to the well renowned 'Bishy Road' area of York with a whole host of great independent cafes and eateries. The property also comes with permitted parking for 1 car.
The property itself is located within the award wining, grade 2 listed Clementhorpe Maltings development. Recently developed from an old 19th century Malthouse the building retains some wonderful features from this period.
