Vienna-Schönbrunn holiday flat Top 3 Large holiday flat, centrally located, on the 1st floor (street side) of a multi-party house in the 15th district of Vienna.
This flat is on the first floor facing the street and offers 70 m² of space for four people. The living area has parquet flooring, the sanitary area has a tiled floor. The 4 m² anteroom has a cloakroom with mirror and storage space. The 27 m² living room with integrated kitchen offers you a living area with table and four armchairs, a TV and a cosy reading corner with an armchair. The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee machine, extractor bonnet, sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The 8 m² bathroom has a shower and two washbasins, a hairdryer and bath and hand towels. The separate WC is approx. 3 m² in size. There are two bedrooms in the flat, with the master bedroom measuring around 15 m² and featuring a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and storage space. The second bedroom is 12 m² in size and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and storage space.
Please note that Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone and parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket during the specified time period. Outside the short-term parking zone, such as at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on public holidays, you can park free of charge directly on the street in front of the front door. There are also Park&Ride facilities nearby, which can be used for longer parking periods. The U4-Center - Vienna | APCOA multi-storey car park is nearby and inexpensive.
