This 40 m² flat sleeps up to 4 people and comprises a living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and shower room with walk-in shower.
Large 20 m² terrace for al fresco dining. Accommodation: The flat is located on the ground floor of a small residence, with completely independent access onto the terrace. It is composed as follows: - Fitted living room with : Lounge area with sofa bed, TV. Dining table for 4 Fully-equipped kitchenette: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster. - Bedroom with double bed and French window overlooking a garden, not accessible to travellers. - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Accessible for PRM. Outside area : - 20 m² west-facing terrace accessible from the lounge, to enjoy an outdoor meal. Nearby amenities: - Pléneuf-Val-André beach less than 100 m away. - Supermarket and all shops 500 m away - Casino - Marine spa Activities : - Water sports, swimming, beach - Hiking - 18-hole golf course - Paragliding, kitesurfing... Transport : - By car: free on-street parking available - A bus service stops right in the town centre Other remarks: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Quand on est arrivé pas de chauffage allumé 12 dans l appartement petite lumière salle de bain non fonctionnel et aussi ménage limite et extérieur non nettoyer

Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes, mer a 30m visible depuis la terrasse .
L'appartement est neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. Excellent séjour dans la quiétude et le calme de ce logement.

Les Voiles "La prestation n’était pas à la hauteur du prix. L’emplacement ne justifie pas tout .

🙁 Four en panne, volet roulant sans manivelle à remonter à la main, absence de petit matériel pour manger des araignées ( casse-noix, pique pour gratter …)
