The studio enjoys an excellent location, just 200 metres from the main beach at Zadar, called Kolovare, and about a 15-minute walk from the historical old town.

The complex has five newly renovated (2016) studios for two to four people. The combined living room, bedroom and dining room includes a small but functional kitchen, equipped with all the standard utensils, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a two-ring hob. There are two single beds and a sofa bed for two people. Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. There is a shower room with a WC.

The accommodation is quietly situated in the picturesque Arbanasi, with many little alleys and streets. It is just 200 metres from the sea and the beach. A shopping centre, restaurants, a café and the Zadar old town are a 15 to 20-minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is only a five-minute walk to the Zadar bus station.
