To relax with family or friends, you will enjoy the private and secure swimming pool (alarm + barrier) and the volleyball, badminton and basketball courts in a covered building of 200 m2.
Near this haven of peace, you will take advantage of tourist sites such as the abyss of Padirac and the circus of Autoire (just opposite our gite), Collonges la rouge and Turenne, Martel (and its small tourist train overlooking the Dordogne ) and Rocamadour (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and many other remarkable places.
This holiday home is also ideally located for hiking, canoeing down the Dordogne, fly fishing or the local markets which will allow you to interact with producers in the region.
From this enclosed plot of 2000m2, 500 meters above sea level, located in a small village suspended on the hillsides of the Dordogne with a breathtaking view of the Lot valley and its causses, you can relax in absolute calm and without vis-a-vis.
Located on the southern slope of this hamlet, our restored sheepfold and oriented to the midday sun will allow you to fully enjoy the happiness of the departments of South West.
This renovation accompanied by interior and exterior architects make this charming cottage a single storey house with great comfort.

Séjour très agréable!Très bon accueil et départ d’Emmeric!Gîte très bien rénové, piscine top, hall top, (on a joué beaucoup - badminton, tennis de table, basket, …).Et quelle vue merveilleuse! Seul inconvénient :une porte coulissante sur les toilettes, pas de discrétion…Pour le reste, à recommander absolument!

Le gîte est vraiment super ! Accueil très chaleureux de la part d' Émeric. Le gîte est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé ! Le cadre est magnifique. L'extérieur est également parfait il a tout le nécessaire pour s'occuper, jeux, piscine, équipements pour badminton ping-pong etc.. Rien a redire, je recommande !

Très joli gîte confortable et bienn équipé en pleine nature, nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille. Entre la piscine et le terrain multisports, les enfants ont adoré. Et la région est vraiment tres belle! Nous espérons revenir un jour.
