1st floor: fitted kitchen, living room with lounge & dining areas and open mezzanine above (sofa, TV). 2 bedrooms (2 single beds OR king-size bed in each), bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, WC.
Little terrace (table, chairs, electric BBQ) with view of grounds and river below.
Fully renovated 1st floor gîte.
Entrance shared with owners and occupants of another gîte (due to open in 2022).
Wooded grounds with two rivers.
Shared swimming pool (10x4m) with pool-house (set access times, can be reserved for private use 2 evenings, 2 lunchtimes per week), small summer kitchen area, BBQ, garden table, sunbeds.
Warm/cool air system in living room, electric radiators in bedrooms. Gîte on lovely property (old mill) in peaceful setting but only 2km from centre de Grignan.
Extensive wooded grounds crossed by two rivers: La Berre and La Grande Combe – swimming possible.
Take a dip in swimming pool, relax in shade of oak trees or daydream to the sound of the river.
Grignan is a lively town steeped in history.
Built on a rocky peak with its magnificent Renaissance château towering above the surrounding countryside, it hosts lots of events all year round (concerts, Letter Writing festival, etc.).
Be sure to visit little villages typical of the Drôme Provençale: La Garde Adhémar (absolutely essential), Chamaret, Chantemerle-lès-Grignan, to name but a few! Suze-la-Rousse (château, Wine University) 20 min.
Nyons 30 min., as is Montélimar (famous for its nougat).

Logement très joli et très bien équipé, dans un cadre vraiment magnifique. Un petit coin de paradis pour les grands et les petits.
Un très bon accueil et de très bons conseils sur les choses à faire autour.

Lieu magique au bord de la rivière. Cadre agréable, maison toute en pierres, poutres apparentes, chambres cosy.Terrasse donnant sur le jardin et la rivière.Charme de la campagne.Propriétaires très sympathiques.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un accueil chaleureu et généreu de la part de il et Phil!Le gîte est meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la literie est très confortable L'environnement est calme et très beau, rivière et champs bordent la maison Dommage que le mistral ait décidé de nous accompagner
