Just 500 m from the beach, this pretty house with garden, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet area between St Lunaire and Dinard.
The 126 m² house comprises a lovely south-facing living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, 5 bedrooms including a master suite, a shower room and a bathroom.
Enclosed garden and south-facing terrace.
Two private parking spaces.
Wifi internet access.
Bed linen and towels extra.
The house : Ground floor: - Large living room with lounge area with corner sofa, TV, and dining area with family table for 8 guests - Kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. - Master suite: bedroom with double bed and private shower room with washbasin, shower and WC.
First floor: Accessed by wooden stairs, you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms: - Bedroom 2: double bed, coffee table, storage space - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be made into a double, coffee tables, storage space - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be made into a double, coffee tables, storage space - Bedroom 5: two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, coffee tables, storage space - Bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasins, storage space Outside : - Enclosed south-facing garden of approx. 200 m². - Beautiful south-facing terrace of approx. 24 m², furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.
Ideal for aperitifs and meals after a great day out! - Two private outdoor parking spaces.
A public car park is located 20 m from the house. - The garage is ideal for storing bicycles or a small car.
Nearby amenities: - You will be in a residential area between St Lunaire and Dinard, just 500 m from the beach, between the Fosse aux Vaults beach and the Fourberie beach, and 2 km from all shops.
Activities : - Discover the Emerald Coast - Hiking and cycling - Golf, Thalassotherapy - Beach and water sports Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
For stays of more than 15 nights, a change of linen is compulsory. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
For stays of more than 15 days, compulsory cleaning will be carried out every fortnight: €130 / service.

L'Exploratrice "La maison est très bien et correspond au descriptif. Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie.
Nous avons regretté le ménage approximatif avant notre arrivée, la pelouse qui n’était pas du tout entretenue (les paysagistes ont fini par venir tondre en milieu de séjour) et les él...

L'Exploratrice "Globalement un très bon séjour familial !
🙂 Rapport qualité-prix et nombre de chambres.
🙁 Oreillers ont fait leur temps ….. tachés. Manque des verres à vins pour une maison accueillant 10 personnes.
ATTN aux enfants dégourdis car grillage coté rue laisse une brèche ."
