This brand new, detached villa with private siwmming pool has been carefully designed to offer a superior holiday experience thanks to the care of the details, stylish touches and wide spaces. Inside, the villa measures the impressive size of 135 sqm. All the furniture and decoration have been chosen with care to offer the most unique holiday experience. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously decorated living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom )with jetted bathtub. The panoramic glass doors lead out to the swimming pool and jetted tub offering direct views to the sea. The inner stair offers access to the 1st floor where there is another bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. To offer an even more exclusive service to our guests, the villa is air-consitioned and the price includes maid service every three days, linen/towels/pool towels, etc.
Outside, Villa Meltemi is a true heaven for both adults and families. Providing sensational views over the ionian Sea, and being located within easy reach to many beaches as well as Zakynthos town, the villa is a true gem. Outside there are comfortable hammocks, sunbeds, barbecue and dining area, as well as a private pool (measuring 21sqm) as well as a private jetted tub (not heated), all providing sensational views and relaxation. The pool and the jet tub are also scenically lit at night with RGB led lights. Private parking is available within the premises and the villa is located within a secure complex.

Tuvimos un tiempo fantástico en esta villa, La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Zakynthos, y las playas cercanas son impresionantes, El espacio al aire libre es genial para barbacoas y para relajarse junto a la piscina, Definitivamente volvería!

Quelle belle propriété! L'attention portée aux détails dans le design est impressionnante, Nous avons adoré les hamacs sur la terrasse et avons passé des heures à nous détendre là-bas, Les hôtes étaient également amicaux et accommodants!

Ruim, modern en prachtig ontworpen! We hebben van elk moment in deze villa genoten. De slaapkamers waren comfortabel en de open woonkamer was perfect voor familiebijeenkomsten. Bovendien was de nabijheid van het strand van Gaidaros een pluspunt!
