With a surface area of 65 m², the flat can accommodate 4 travellers and comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette opening onto the living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace offering a sublime view of the paddocks where the horses live.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Accommodation : Located on the 1st floor, accessible by an outside staircase, the flat is as follows: - Living room with a queen-size double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm), flat-screen TV, two armchairs and a coffee table. - Kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, hob, fridge, mini oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery, stand-up table with two seats... - Separate bedroom with two single beds, TV, work area with desk. - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and hairdryer. - Dressing room. - Separate WC.
Outside: - Large terrace of 25 m² furnished with a table and 4 chairs, an awning, 2 deckchairs, and an electric plancha.
The south-facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal with family or friends. - On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large shared garden, set in the middle of several hectares of land where horses live.
Nearby amenities: In Tréméreuc, you'll find an organic grocery shop, a bar-restaurant with a bread depot, and a tobacconist and newsagent.
You'll also find all the local shops in the town of Pleurtuit, just 6 minutes away by car.
Activities : - Are you a horse owner? Come on holiday with your horses! We will be delighted to welcome you as we have boxes, paddock, arena, riding arena and gallop track. - The Tréméreuc golf course is a 15-minute walk away. - Les Briantais beach 10 kilometres away by car. - Saint-Malo Aquarium 13 kilometres away by car. - Mont-Saint-Michel is 50 minutes away by car. - Dinard 9 kilometres away.
Public transport : - Secure car park at the foot of the property. - Bus 5 minutes' walk away. - Saint-Malo SNCF train station 15 kilometres away. - Pleurtuit-Dinard airport 8 minutes away by car.
