In this dreamlike location, framed by the flair of a turn of the century city villa, let our apartments forget everyday life and feel pure relaxation. The Förster apartments are an insider tip for the discerning, who appreciate peace, comfort and a private atmosphere. In the two apartments "Bell Floor" and "Loft", in the lovingly renovated city villa, not only comfort awaits you according to the highest private landlord standards, but also a place where you can really feel good. For a few leisurely days in a cozy, private atmosphere or on a business trip, this central yet quiet accommodation offers something for everyone. Surrounded by a romantic flower garden, the terrace with a Mediterranean flair invites you to linger and relax. Belle Etage (Top 2) The apartment impresses with its classic solidity and its old Austrian flair. The friendly, south-facing rooms can accommodate two people. The Loft (Top 3) Above the roofs of Bad Vöslau is the spacious apartment "Loft". A historic stone staircase leads to the spacious living room with its library. The loft is ideal for larger families, but also for guests who appreciate plenty of space. In addition to the large living and dining room, there are 2 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and well equipped.

Conditions/extras
Booking need to be guaranteed with prepayment. Please transfer 30% of the total amount upfront into our bank account (IBAN: AT74 1200 0004 2207 3098 / BIC: BKAUATWW). Cancellations will be free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. For No Shows or later cancellations we charge 90% of the total gross booking amount.

Description of the accommodation
Das Appartement Top 2 mit einer Größe von ca. 80 m2 lädt mit seiner Gediegenheit und gemütlichen Ambiente ein und ist ideal für 2 Personen. Das 25qm große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (2x2m), Schreibtisch, ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Die Küche mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffee- u. Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Im Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, das WC ist separat. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, eine ausziehbare Couch und SAT-TV mit WLAN. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Diele mit Garderobe. WLAN gratis, PKW-Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus.

Eine Vorauszahlung von 30% ist nach Buchung fällig (IBAN: AT74 1200 0004 2207 3098 / BIC: BKAUATWW). Stornierungen bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Spätere Stornierungen werden mit 90% des Gesamtpreises berechnet.
