Welcome to the charming town of Ramonville-Saint-Agne! Located only a few minutes from Toulouse, we are ready to bet that you will appreciate its city centre bordered by the Canal du Midi and the many activities it offers: hiking, leisure areas, visits to castles, etc.
During this stay, we suggest you stay in this beautiful 50 m² flat with a spacious living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a good meal outside!
The flat:
Located on the 4th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful bright living room equipped with a fan with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
Night area:
- A bright bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. For more comfort, a fan is at your disposal.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a large washbasin, a washing machine and storage space.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A balcony of 10 m², facing south-east fitted out with a cosy space with a two-seater bench, two armchairs and a table to have an aperitif in the sun as well as a dining area with a folding table for 4 people.
Nearby:
- Château de Soule located 3.8km away (7 min by car).
- Cité de l'Espace at 6.7 km (10 min by car).
- Toulouse located at 9 km (15 by car or public transport).
- La Ramée leisure centre 19 km away (24 min by car).
- Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises located at 91 km (1h by car).

For nature lovers, 340 kms of walking and hiking trails have been laid out in the south-east of Toulouse! Not forgetting the beautiful city of Toulouse, only a few minutes away by public transport!
