This is a lovely 5-bedroom Villa featuring private swimming pool.
Villa is located in Zaton, only 10-15 driving minutes from Dubrovnik downtown and represents excellent choice for traversals looking for a comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik and region. Villa consists of main house and studio apartment with separate entrance. Main house spreads on two floors.
Ground floor offers lovely furnished front terrace, living room, guest toilet, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
From the ground floor you can access back terrace with private covered swimming pool and sundeck.
Perfect spot for spending relaxing day while on vacation. Second floor offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and private en suite bathrooms.
From the second floor hall you can access another terrace second furnished with sun loungers. Studio is located in separate structure near front terrace and offers kitchenette, bathroom with shower and sitting area with a double bed. Amenities include: AC (all rooms), floor heating, SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi, wireless Internet access, full kitchen with (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer), 4 en suite bedrooms, 1 additional toilette, separate studio with (bathroom, kitchenette and double bed), washer, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, 2 terraces, heated pool, sun deck, BBQ parking space. Zaton is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Dubrovnik.
The whole area is perfect for swimming since it is located in a closed bay. In Zaton there are several beaches, both sandy/pebbly and rocky.
If you are a family with young children then it is better to choose a sandy/pebbly beach.
Your little ones will be able to play in the shallows, or learn to swim in the tranquil sea without fear that anything might happen to them.
After swimming, you can go to one of the nearby restaurants at the well-known seafood specialties.

Fantastic Villa located in Zaton Mali. The Villa was immaculate and great communication from the host. They were happy to provide extras, travel cot, high chair and late check out. (extra charges), and also offer excursions.
