Harbour View is perfect for those wanting to explore Eastbourne or you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the views of the harbour and quay.. All on the Second Floor:
Living/dining room: 42" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Electric Fire, French Doors Leading To Balcony
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, 24" Freeview TV, Juliette Balcony Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 10 years old.. Enjoy stunning views of the harbour, quay and even out to sea from the private balcony at this attractive second floor apartment. There is electric gated parking and an internal lift to the second floor. Situated to the east of Eastbourne, the north and south harbours at this award-winning marina are divided by shops, pubs and restaurants and is less than a 5-minute stroll from the apartment. Take a boat trip from the harbour and observe the iconic cliffs around Beachy Head formed over 65 million years ago when the area was covered by warm tropical seas. Spot the lighthouse and keep a look out for seals. Eastbourne itself is a classic 19th-century English seaside resort complete with promenade and pier, nestling at the edge of the South Downs National Park. Visit the award-winning Turner Contemporary Gallery, enjoy an evening at the theatre or indulge in a spot of retail therapy. Pevensey Castle, Brighton and Herstmonceux Observatory Science Centre make for great days out for the whole family. There is also an indoor leisure centre nearby. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
